Dr. Claudia Hermes has been named as a recipient of the 2019 BioOne Ambassador Award (07.05.2019)

This award honors early-career researchers who have best communicated the importance and impact of their specialized research to the public at large. Nominees were asked to provide a 250-word plain-language summary of their research, and to describe its relevance and impact upon the public. Dr. Hermes’ summary was succinct and engaging, and made clear her passion and dedication to not only her work, but to sharing her discoveries with the world. BioOne recognizes Dr. Hermes as an exemplary early career researcher and scientific ambassador.
