Inability to take an examination

If you cannot take an exam because of illness or if you fall ill during the time of writing your Bachelor or Master thesis, you have to hand in an official doctor's note immediately (see your exam regulations), which states the medical reasons why you are unable to take an exam.

To avoid misunderstandings please take the form proof of inability to take an examination to your doctor and ask them to fill in their part. After that, you have to submit immediately the fully completed and signed form to the examination office.
